How to Delete Your Account

We value your privacy and make it easy to delete your Spots for Tots account if you wish to do so. To request account deletion, please:

Send an email to:

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

What Happens Next

  1. We'll verify your request within 2 business days
  2. Once verified, we'll permanently delete your account and all associated personal data
  3. You'll receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete

Data Removal

When you delete your account, we will:

  • Remove your personal information from our active databases
  • Delete your user profile and authentication details
  • Remove any content you've contributed to the platform

Some information may be retained in our backup systems for a limited time, but this data is isolated and will be purged according to our data retention schedule.

Note:

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use Spots for Tots again in the future, you'll need to create a new account.
